Is it possible that counting calories can start affecting other parts of your life?

  1. My thoughts, counting calories is not really designed to have a balanced meal for you, as an example, you can calculate that you get all the calories you need from a huge some of meat, although we all know that's not healthy, but counting the calories it makes sense...

    Not sure if this is what you are talking about or not....

    I think post this PCP you'll have a great idea of what you need everyday to maintain a you, and understand how you should adjust based on your activity levels and body goals..

    Once you've got that baseline and knowledge, should be fairly straight forward to manage and not overly affect your life...
